This means that once the collection is finished, the models presented will no longer be offered for sale. This allows you to have a model that you will not find everywhere!

If a collection is finished, can I still order a model from the collection?

Unfortunately not.

Is a bulb delivered with my order?

Absolutely! I determine for you its light intensity, according to the model you have chosen, by choosing of course a low consumption LED bulb.

I would like a custom made lamp, do you do that?

Yes, I invite you to contact me by email so that we can discuss your wishes.

How long does it take to create a custom-made product?

It depends of course on your request, but please allow 6 to 8 weeks for creation, production and delivery.

Can I ask you to exchange the colour of the proposed embroidery?

Of course, I invite you to contact me by email, I will send you the other possible shades (and there are many!).

What are your delivery times?

Depending on the period, from 4 to 6 weeks, the time for me to make your model by hand. As wood is precious, I work to order, so as not to waste any material. And if your model is ready earlier, I will send it to you faster than expected.
